I'm confident it's the Type 1 Phaser. If you want something that actually looks like a pistol rather than a TV remote, the retro Klingon disruptor might be a distant second in smallness, but the (lack of) texture isn't attractive. Actually, if you upgrade a low level pistol, do they retain their low level graphics? The newbie disruptor is pretty compact and doesn't have the ugly pointy bits. I'm assuming the OP's question is for cosmetic/costuming reasons, but as someone who has worn low level items for precisely this reason (almost all weapons are oversized and too flashy), it'd be a nice bonus if you didn't have to switch them out when you actually need to fight with them. (In addition to newbie pistols, I used to wear low level kits in order to have a somewhat normal looking belt on my Feds, back before they added those graphics to the tailor.)
I can't take it anymore! Could everyone just chill out for two seconds before something CRAZY happens again?!
