After completing a Red Alert in the Beta quadrant, we returned to outside of the map.
Only transwarp helped to get back. We were stuck outside.

Had this happen, but without actually fighting in the Red Alert. The warp option when responding to a Tholian alert in the Beta Quadrant took me to coordinates 3814 198 10687, above the upper right corner of the quadrant map. Filed an in-game ticket about this.
