30-40 mins stuck at the loading screen!

I dont know whats going on but for the last week it has been taking me 30-40 mins to get in game.
I log in normally from ARC but then get stuck on the delta rising loading screen and eventually the game times out. I then get the in game log in screen; I put my password in and I get straight to the character screen...
Normally the game is absolutely fine for me! So not sure what the issue is! (London, UK)
