any chance we can make fleet alert a regular stf shuttle mission along with the others and thanks for the free yellowstone it was fun blowing up stuff with my dbb and my neureonic torpedo with torp spread 1 might just have to buy a perigrine if you make this a regular thing any chance we might see new shuttles or fighters in future
Judging by the underwhelming number of replies on this thread, the posters above might have been the few to get into a full queue. Doing this event during another major event is a mistake, IMO. I personally spent most of the weekend finishing the Anniversary ship/shipset grind on my 4 char's. When I did look at the Shuttle queues, they were woefully far from filling missions, at least for the 20-man STF's. I personally loathe the Vault, and Atmosphere Assault isn't much better...

I was hitting shuttle fleet alerts in a fast enough rotation I needed 3 toons to do it without sitting on cooldowns.
Didn't like it at the start, but as competent players who actually weren't afk-ing or intrigued by pretty lights everywhere on their screen, getting to those walkers in time was doable, and a nice challenge! Some of those runs were just awesome, and at times I forgot it was a PUG given some actually communicated and worked with the instructions to get all the optionals and as high as around 90% damage reduction to structures. Even the failure to get them was alright whenever there was an obvious and genuine team effort.
The KDF base defense had plenty of players even if it was usually a bit of a wait to reach 15, and focus-firing on those fine looking Vestas and other Fed ships trying to keep the base alive was glorious
Oh, and Atmosphere Assualt gave very low marks and took a long time to fill up, and so was swiftly abandoned, and the Vault was a horrifyingly bugged-out experience, resulting in writing bug reports after exploring every corner of that last sequence which the team managed to endure getting to after being again bugged out by an entry door not opening even though we were all there selecting the option to proceed. Didn't let those ruin the rest of the event by pretending they're not there.
Sorry to say, but I kind of skipped the Shuttle Weekend entirely. It's like fighting the Battle of the Bulge but with compact cars vs the Panzer Corps, imo.
Now, the upcoming CE Event coming next week on the other hand is something I look forward to.
I like the shuttle event and I wish they had more shuttle content. My only complaint is that most of my alts don't really need marks and would have found skill points more useful so that I can work on my specialisations. Maybe adding a box of those to the list of rewards would be a good idea.
My alt army: K'ymara, Orion Engineer. Caedera of Borg, Liberated Borg Tactical, Elyza Vix, Joined Trill Scientist. Christina Bellona, Augmented Human Tactical. T'Lana, Vulcan Scientist. Arbol, Martian Tactical. Ayzer Bryn, Joined Trill Engineer. Hawke, Betazoid Scientist. Karna Valkras, Klingon Engineer. Beth Parker, Human Tactical Sarel, Romulan Engineer (Federation). Yazuri, Reman Scientist (KDF)

Pretty much this, I spent my weekend game time playing WoW.
I loved it except for the cooldowns, we didn't have them last time. Oh ad the KDF Fleet Defence took ages to populate.
Norway and Yeager dammit... I still want my Typhoon and Jupiter though. JJ Trek The Kelvin Timeline is just Trek and it's fully canon... get over it. But I still prefer TAR.

Small events like this one should run on weekends frequently when other events aren't on.
