Here I am 4 weeks later still with horrid UI latency issues, Rubber banding, and disconnects. I have so much animosity towards this company for their lack of customer service. It is quite obvious to even a casual gamer that the apathy here is just the norm. Say anything about it in the forums and you are subject to being banned or receive an infraction or in the very least a warning for pointing out the truth.
Like I told one of the moderators I would not be on the forums at all if the game was playable.

When my ISP keeps having problems I fire them and use someone else. Problem solved. Cryptic needs to do the same to cogentco.

There are plenty of options available yes....I know prying money from PWE's fingers is like trying to get latnium out of a Ferengi. Sometimes you have to spend money to make money. It is called the cost of doing business.
Seriously there are plenty of other companies out there who would service MMOs ask around. Cogent only got the contract because they were the least expensive. Many other games fired Congentco because of poor service. It is way past time for Cryptic to do the same.

acctually I had ISP issuses couple of years back and I re-negociated the deal and it's working with no fuss ever since,
it's not that impossible even at corporate level, hell I know that in such matters corporate client has far more to say then individual
