Is anyone else having problems getting the launcher to patch?

I've been trying for the last couple of hours to get today's patch downloaded, but every time I start the launcher, I get the message "No shards are available to your account at this time." down in the progress window.
I've had problems downloading in the past, but that's generally because I get on too early in the maintenance cycle and none of the servers are up. But I've never seen this message before so I'm just wondering if others are experiencing it.
The time window for maintenance to be finishing up is getting close now and I can't get the patch. Previously I can get the patch at the very least started, if not completely downloaded, 30-60 minutes after maintenance starts.

Never mind, seems that the problem has been addressed and a longer downtime is expected. Guess this thread can go the way of the Dodo.
