Recently purchased Lifetime Membership (February 15, 2015) Encountered "Error Updating subscription" message, then my bank red-flagged the transaction. I got that cleared up, then attempted to contact support.
I keep getting stuck in a redirect loop on both browsers I utilize.
I have cleared all cookies.
I have NOT gotten an e-mail from PWE or ARC about this

Email customerservice@perfectworld.com Make sure to put in the subject it's a billing issue and be as detailed as possible. Sending from the email that's tied to your account also speeds up the process.
