Intel cruisers have 10 console slots i thought that was the case bcause they were not fleet ships (upgraded Fleet T5U get 11) but the new Command cruisers have 11 console slots.
Are they considered to be a fleet equivalent so that they won´t get a fleet version with then 12 slots or will there be another console added for the Intel ships?
Command cruisers need more console slots to use the 4-piece console set to make up for the missing cruiser commands (weapons and turn)
But i´d think that all T6 ships should have the same ymount of consoles as Fleet T5U because each asepct should be better than T5U
I think it's a safe bet that the Command Cruisers, just as every ship pack before are already released to be on fleet level. So no, the intel cruisers are not missing a console slot - they're single releases that will most certainly have future fleet versions (it's already stated on the consoles).
The Command Cruisers have the console slots they have, you don't have to use the 4-th piece set. And if you feel you have to, then it's a tradeoff you choose to make. That's the beauty of choice - different setups and builds. They have no missing commands since they're not standard cruisers, they're FDC - so they get the same 2 comm arrays the Orion FDCs get. They have a hangar bay to make up for it.
Also at least according to claims by the developers, regardless if you personally choose to believe those or not, the T5-U is suposed to be competitive with T6 (I figure this meant in PvE since the intel powers are so ridiculously OP especially for PvP) - therefore I guess saying that T6 needs to be better in each and every aspect than T5-U is not completely true.
Either T6 ships aren't going to get a Fleet level ship, and the Intel ships are likely going to be upgraded (extra console slot) in an upcoming release, or they've simply added that extra console slot to the Command Ships in order to boost sales (and the Intel ships will forever remain as they are).
Alternatively, Fleet T6's are on their way, but the Command Ships wont be viable for the Fleet title.

It's extremely unlikely Intel ships will remain as they are. You are right, though, about Command ships already getting the 11th Console: it's to entice ppl to buy them now. And the beauty of it is, since Intel is now 'behind' on them, people will again feel enticed to buy the Fleet version too, to stay on par with Command ships. It's essentially just an 'alternating' trick to play customers out against each other.

Time will tell whenever the first non-bundle C-Store command-compatable ship rolls around.
