What debuffs does Rally Point Marker actually cleanse?

I'm curious if anybody's made note of what debuffs Rally cleanses...cause so far, er, I haven't found one that it does.

    I know it does not clean subnuke. All I've seen it do is heal. Maybe it clears command debuffs like concentrate fire and overwhelm emitters? idk...

    Just running it through Argala with the various debufs there, doing CCA, and ISA...I haven't seen anything that it clears. :(

    So.. Bugged? Does it only help allies? Is ii just a proc and virusdancer is particularly unlucky (with those odds, never try to open lock boxes!)?

    Well, I know it/have seen it clear things like the Borg Shield Neutralizer, Voth engine snares/disables and even disruptor debuffs..

    The main quirk is that it only cleanses once every 30 seconds alongside the heal. (The passive hull-regen is always in effect though.)
