Vanishing DOFF assignments

Logged in, saw that I have 8 DOFF assignments that are about to cash in, then POOF! Only 6 DOFF assignments complete and the other 2 (which happened too fast for me to go to the In Progress window to see) totally vanish without a trace (and no reward).

Anyone else noticing this happen to them?

    yeah. last couple of days, before I log off I fill up the 20 doff missions. then the next day there are only 18 or 19.

    The failures aren't showing.

    This way you're less likely to notice that missions fail more often than their chance for failure/disaster would suggest.

    It's looking like the Failures are auto completeing, countdown finishes they just complete themselves.

    Yeah, I've twice watched a doff mission count down and.... poof vanish into the Aether.
