Voyager Interior

I've learned over the years that you should never attribute to malice what can be explained by stupidity, but I'm not quite sure which one this is and I find myself feeling pretty aggravated about it.

I am a Lifetime Subscriber and have been around this game since near the beginning. I've gone in cycles of playing and then taking a break so I have occasionally completely missed news about new developments.

When Delta Rising came out, I decided I would grab a pack so I purchased one, but somehow around that time I was completely unaware that the new T6 version of a science vessel and the Voyager interior arrived. In fact, I didn't know it existed at all until a short time ago when I was playing with my daughter and on her account she has the option to purchase a Voyager interior (which she desperately wants).

Problem is, on my account I don't see it. I don't have it as an option at all. Looking back at the mail I see that there was a T6+Interior package, and the Intrepid package includes the interiors, but the C-Store shows me none of these items.

Quite a long time ago I PURCHASED the Voyager Retrofit on its own, so I assume that the system will not let me see the Intrepid pack because I already own one of the items. The news post seems to say the T6 Pathfinder + Interior was "Limited Time Only" although it doesn't say how long that limited time is.

When I look in my account, unlike my daughters, I see no Voyager interior options. I appear to have no way to purchase it whatsoever no matter what I do.

This feels like a HUGE EFF-YEW to someone who has been here for years and put hundreds into this game. It's like "Sorry, because you have been around, TRIBBLE you if you want something new. Haha!"

So I am trying to figure out - is this a bug or a feature?

Do I submit a ticket to report I cannot purchase this item? Or have you at Cryptic just screwed me because I gave you money in the past and you have spent it already?

Rest assured, this will affect whether I let my kids spend anything on this game, as they are both very keen on buying some Zen but I am having misgivings if in the future they're going to find themselves in the same boat.

    My guess is it's a bug. I have the bundle in my C-Store however I bought the interior the moment it came out as I was following news on it by the minute. :D

    I too got the Intrepid retro fits, it'd be nice if they gave us the tier six for free but they're a company & I'm quite happy to pay them for their efforts on the interior pack. The way I see it the more money they make because of the new Intrepid interior packs the more they'll want to make screen accurate bridge packs.
    But yeah, that's a very, very strange bug. Do you run the game through Steam? I don't know if their stupid Arc thing has a verify integrity cache option but something along those lines might be an idea.


    Anyone who hasn't yet bought the bundle will be able to say for sure if it's working as intended or not.
