End Game Constitution Class ship
The answer to the T5 connie ship has been a no for 4 years and that answer comes from CBS. As such, there will not be a T5 constitution class ship in STO. This also means that any version of the ship will not be available as an End game ship.

CBS knows how to take the fun out of games.
I'm all for the T4 Connie. I just need a place for a few more consoles and blue phasers. Muhuhahahahaha
"After a time, you may find that having is not so pleasing a thing after all as wanting. It is not logical, but it is often true. Except for a T5 Connie. That would be f*%#ing awesome." - Mr. Spock
I've never believed the classic or even Enterprise-A had a place in the 25th century as much as I admire the ship. It's a happy Star Trek memory. The Federation is too progressive, too enamored with innovation to stand still and leave well enough alone. The Klingons and Romulans and Vulcans (and most other alien races for that matter) are characterized as more conservative and traditionalist than their human counterparts. Human ingenuity drives Federation shipbuilding.
I would really like to see a light cruiser that suggests the wonderful ,clean lines, grace and symmetry that was the Constitution. It could have been the Avenger and I would have bought one immediately.
I understand the love for the connie but the thing is ancient. it's a little more logical for newer non canon deigns from the 25th century to start taking center stage. cryptic makes some real good designs just look at the Odyssey...
THE NEW CRAFTING SYSTEM IS TERRA-BAD First of all it's not even a crafting system! It's just a dumb game system that's nothing more than a glorified slots machine.
second the "special items" you hope will be the saving the saving grace are messed up to.
Dooooood!! I have been aching for decades to see those phasers represented in any Trek game.
Well the sounds aren't the same, but if you fly the refit Connie or refit Miranda in Star Trek Legacy you get the pulsing phasers. I think the refit Proxima also does that. But the Excelsior uses the TOS blue phasers for some reason if I remember correctly.
I was at work but as it's been pointed out, this is in the FCT and as such this thread is closed.
