Chat "bubbles"

The npc chat bubbles that appear on the screen as in "Dust to Dust" when Kim and... Keten are bickering back and fourth.

Could we get these added to the foundry?

    Those would be great. Especially in space.

    Provide some dialogue but not in a way that breaks stealth.

    As for included into the foundry, yes, we want it, and they know we want it. We'll see what we can get after the Foundry Top 3 system gets into the swing of things.

    I actually really dislike these when they're not voiced. More often than not, I miss them. Not opposed to having them added in any way, I just hope people use them sparingly if they are.

    My problem with these is that I can't find a way to move them around in the UI. They pop up far on the side of my left monitor and are really hard to see... but that's a problem that's unique to us triple-monitor folks, and I imagine we're a small portion of the STO population.

    By all means, we should be able to use these.

    They really are easy to miss, though.
