With the introduction to the new Bridge Officer Candidate layout, I am having trouble trying to figure something out. I have a Bridge Officer in my roster, not commissioned, that I am trying to sell on the Exchange. I can't move it to the Exchange from my Roster. What am I doing wrong? I cam move Bridge Officers from my inventory to the Exchange but not the non-commissioned Bridge Officers in my roster. Any help would be appreciated!
