Crashes after the "Delta Rising"

now the launcher crashes after the "Delta Rising" screen and I get this error

Fatal Error: Direct3D driver returned error code (D3DERR_DEVICEHUNG)
while checking sync query

Technical Derails: Sync query 8 0x13060fc0 GetData = = 0x88760874 0 F 0

I also tried it in "Safe Mode" and I get the "Black screen and music" then crashes when I make it full screen and the error code is

Fatal Error: Direct3D driver returned error code (D3DERR_INVALIDCALL)
while resetting the device.

Technical Details: NVIDIA GeForce 6150SE nForce 430

I am getting a very similar error on a Radeon 290X

Have not found anything that helps with it yet.

I get a message that states "Unable to locate default sequence for Sto-Whale" wtf?

Same fatal error for me - default sequencer. Even tried submitting a ticket. selected "game support" and it says to select a category under game support to submit. THERE ARE NONE!!! So I can't even get help from Perfect World? What is this error all about? ?

well I managed to get the game working last night and it played fine for 3 hours! then today. I tred to log in and the same problem!!!!!

COME ON CYPTIC SORT IT OUT!!!
