Sarr Theln Universal Console NOT Reclaimable

Reporting this bug that the Sarr Theln Carrier's universal console cannot be reclaimed from the dilithium store like all the other universal consoles can.

Please fix.

    This is a known issue. There is a fix inbound in the next few weeks. Keep an eye on the patch notes.
