Weird Black Spots, phage?

So I'm having a really odd problem. It seems to have started after updating my video card's drivers, but rolling them back didn't solve it. I've changed a variety settings both in the game and in Nvidia's control panel, still no luck. I force verified the game's files, and nothing. I'm at a loss.

Basically I'm seeing weird black spots/shadows on everyone. It looks like the beginning stages of phage lol. Take a look at this screenshot.

Hopefully someone has run into a similar problem and has a solution.

    It's a matter of adjusting a graphics settings, but I don't recalll exactly which one, character texture detail maybe.

    Hmm I've maxed out all settings in game and in Nvidia, no change. I'm going to assume it's not an issue with the game's settings since they hadn't changed after the driver update.

    Just figured it out. There's a Character Detail Distance under Graphics, and Character Texture Detail under Advanced. I was just changing the distance one and didn't realize it was distance lol
