Reward items altered when placed in the upgrade dialog window

1)
Scaling rewards turn into level-appropriate mk versions with enhanced stats.
Tested by:
- Obtaining a Breen Transphasic Cluster Torpedo and CRM 200 from their respective "Breen Invasion" episodes
- Putting them in the upgrade dialog
- Noticing the "infinity" sign turn into a level-appropriate mk number and a jump in stats displayed by item info.
(Not sure if bug or a feature, though)

Set items turn into advanced versions
Tested by:
- Obtaining Reman Prototype Covariant Shield Array from "Romulan Mystery - Coliseum" and Jem'Hadar Armor from "Cardassian Struggle - Of Bajor"
- Putting them in the upgrade dialog
- Noticing the former becoming "Reman Advanced Prototype Covariant Shield Array" (though without a change in mark or rarity) and giving the "covariant capacitance cell" ability when equipped. The latter gets enhanced stats and also for some reason a completely different inventory icon.
Similar behavior suspected for all items that have advanced versions obtainable through reputation system or other means.
