Did not receive reward ship for promotion to Lt. Cmdr. (KDF)

I reported this in-game, but perhaps not too well, so I will try better here:
When my female Klingon character V'Karon@philipclayberg reached Level 10 yesterday, two things did not happen: As far as I can recall, I did not get the "Report to J'mpok for Promotion" (might not be the exact name of it) mission ... and I definitely was not able to get the Lt. Cmdr. level reward ship at the Klingon Shipyard. The first three ships are listed at 15K dilithium each, and the fourth one at 750 zen. There is no ship available with the I/Buy or II/Buy button in the bottom right corner of the window where the ship's price is shown. The ship is not in overflow bag, or in inventory, or hiding anywhere else that I've looked. Please help me solve this. Thank you.
Granted, I *can* transfer 15K dilithium from my other KDF character (convert it to zen, switch characters, convert back to dilithium and withdraw) ... but that's only if no other solution is possible.
I'm sorry for bringing this up so close to Christmas, but the software glitch wasn't something I was in control of. Otherwise, I would've happily postponed it to at least Boxing Day (Dec. 26) or later.
