Emergency Holograms Not Replicating

After a few disastrous martial arts competitions, my white emergency hologram doffs are all dead.
In the past, after a day or so I've been able to buy a new white hologram from the replicator, but now it says "Already Purchased", and won't give me a new one.

i'm having the same problem too, and it's also the green ones not only the whites.
all my holos have already purchased under them even though they are no longer in my roster and it won't let me replicate them.
been like this for weeks now
