Upgrade turns zero-value item into a full-value version

This concerns the following items:
Worn Klingon Bat'leth
Worn Tsunkatse Falchion
Worn Vulcan Lirpa
All available from the Federation "Romulan Mystery" arc mission, the "Coliseum".
These items have the "upgrade" option present in the right-click drop-down menu (unlike, for example, the standard-issue ship equipment), and upon clicking it, the item automatically turns into a non-worn version itself, of the same rarity, mark, and with a full EC value.
(Thought it would be funny having an epic item with a "Worn" prefix, but I realized something is wrong when the prefix disappeared...)
