I have never received a one time code via e-mail. Ever. I have made numerous inquiries via through the Tech Support system - I have also taken ALL possible steps on my end. My email address is not the problem. Nothing is going to SPAM. I'm not getting the Code. I've done Password resets. I have not only cleared my cache and cookies - I've reinstalled Windows, Installed and Disabled ARC Security, renamed my PC so it shows as a new PC when I try to log in so your system will send me the One Time verification. All I get is notifications I've reset and made changes or that a new PC tried to log in and failed.
