Purchased Breen Cruiser *this year* and discount did not unlock.

Last year, I continued to run the ice race after unlocking the raider to stockpile extra photos. As of yesterday, I had 1000 on several characters, including a couple that did not have the cruiser. I purchased the cruiser on several characters who did not have it already, and it is not unlocking properly. The Breen raider discount was active at the start of the event, and the carrier unlocked correctly when I purchased it.

For completeness, please note the following:

Most of my characters had the cruiser from before the reputation system was fully implemented.

I did not purchase the cruiser on any character last year that I can remember.

I *DID* purchase the cruiser on at least two characters this year.

At least three characters have unpacked the cruiser previous to Delta Rising.

One of those three has upgraded their Breen cruiser to T5U.


Since I did purchase copies of the ship through the reputation system this year, I think there might be an additional layer to the bug preventing it from unlocking.

Warship and Raider does not award the Account wide discount when you complete the rep projects this year... it's broken.

When you finish the Carrier each and every single toon will get a message saying they got an account wide unlock... even if your only using 40 pics.

If you already have the raider or warship discount... it'll cost only 40 pics. But when you finish the rep project, there is no message across your screen saying you got an account wide discount...

That Unlock Winter Event Discount, is broken... out of the 3 listed rewards for the winter rep project... at best you are getting the left reward for 100 winter xp (does nothing since they dont use it) and the right reward, the ship in a box. The middle reward is the account wide discount unlock... even thou the rep project lists it as a reward, it's not being handed out on completion.
