You will find the redemption area for PWE Prepaid cards under "Charge" and then you will see the PWE Prepaid Card section in the bottom left corner after the denominational selections.

Here is a nice photo of the area you will end up where you can enter the card info.

If this doesn't help, let me know and I will see how else I can try to help.

    Thanks!

I'm having a prepaid card issue. I got two $20 cards from gamestop today. Every time I try to put either of the pin numbers in I get this.

"There was a problem processing your tranaction. Plase try again or contact customer support."

I made a customer support ticket earlier today, no reply back yet. I was wanting to buy some ships on sale, but i'm afraid with it being New Years Day I might not get a speedy reply and end up missing the sale. Any suggestions? Thanks.

I had the same problem two weeks ago. It was very frustrating. When I finaly got the site to accept the PIN numbers were legit, it refused to show me the correct games list and servers. After fifteen(!) attempts, ARC eventually realized I wanted place the Zen on the Holodeck server.

I am glad the holidays are now over. Maybe somebody will get around to correcting this.
