Sorry but I don't know what else to do. I'm unable to contact Support. The screen does not seem to be working. Could be a bug, not sure. As of the recent patch I'm unable to log into the game. Apparently it either corrupted or removed a dll file completely. This is the error message I now receive when I hit the engage button.
Fatal Error: Direct 3D Driver returned Error Code
(DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED) while creating vertex buffer
Technical Details: D3D11 Device removed due to
DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG 0x887a006
Does this make sense to anybody? Is D3D11 a dll file, and does anybody have it? I cant find it online.
My Op is a Windows Vista 64 Bit Service Pack 2
Any help or advice in this area would be greatly appreciated as I'm a lifetime member and would like to actually play the game.

Thanks

There is definitely a bug on their end, not yours. There's nothing wrong with your computer.
To play just do this:
Click C Drive / Program Files (x86) / Perfect World Entertainment / Star Trek Online_en / Star Trek Online - just click that logo and the login screen comes up. You'll be playing in two minutes.
Make a shortcut of that .exe file for ease of use.
