Ok now sto says its my isp problem as to why I cant stay logged in which ok that's cool but how is it their problem and what do I say or ask my isp so that this issue can be solved im not all that tech savvy as far as the internet stuff goes
And yes I have flushed the dns and reset everything I`ve tried it wired direct and wireless I have released and renewed my ip and all the other suggestions that have been posted in the other posts on the forums But like I said I lack the verbal communication skills to relate why this is their problem I would really like to play the game this TRIBBLE started right after that discount weekend on ships and such I just bought a new ship weapons and so on and cant even try it out now so upset been banging my head against the wall going back and forth between sto support and my isp and they both blame each other like always too which does not help

So any and all help would be greatly appreciated so thank you for your time and patients with this matter [/I][/B][/I][/B]

Yep, it does look like its your ISP that is causing the problem. The Cryptic recommended upper limit for network latency is 180 ms. Your 'Trace Route' is showing a 655 ms network latency by the time you leave your ISP network. So you need to ask your ISP what is causing the excessive latency on your connection...
