Is anyone else still having this problem with logging in? This has been going on since Weds morning. I did a ticket with Support and they told me to delete the gameprefs.pref file in the game application folder. And then to Force Verify.
I know how to force verify but I have no idea what game application folder or gameprefs.pref file they're talking about. I can't locate either on my hard drive.
I don't have an STO laucnher on my desktop, I have Arc from which I'm then able to start STO.
Can anyone tell me what file and folder they're talking about and how on earth to find it. I've updateed my ticket multiple times and I'm no closer to solving the problem. Thanks
