Uninstall ARC/STO, Reinstall

This may be a dumb question, but with all the problems and errors that seem to be happening regularly, if I uninstall ARC/STO, and then reinstall the whole thing, I won't lose my account/characters, etc will I?

    Your game info is stored in their servers, using STO/ARC access is just a gateway mechanism per se.
