Missing person report: Who have seen the EU team of PWE?

It seems the whole european team of PWE got lost. Especialy the german speaking team.
For more then a week there is a big lack of information. For more then a week there were issues with the german forum. Posts and threads got lost. An old CM (Fero) postet, that there are investigate the issue, but nothing happened/reported to the playerbase again. We heard nothing.
Also the information for the winter event never find his way to the german website (neither the france website) or the german foroum or other social channels like facebook.
The winter event just started, but no blog entry got translated. Also no livestream for your european customers.
The winter event is the chance, that players find there way back to the game, but you dismissed this chance.
Are you not interested in your european player base? Don't you want Euros? Just Dollars?
