sto connection issues

Hello my ISP is Verizon dsl after the recent patch I've been having connection issues like rubberbanding and lag here are the results:

    'Path Ping' shows that your Verizon DSL Modem is throwing away data packets the moment they enter the real 'Internet'... (For a reliable connection, you should be having ZERO Packet loss...) Reboot the unit and see if that improves the condition. If it doesn't, you will need to contact Verizon Technical Support and have someone take a look at the unit...
