Will lifer Combat EV Suits ever be upgrade-able?

Thread title. These things are kinda subpar right now compared to rep suits etc, this system is an opportunity to bring them up to current content demands. Please consider it devs, or just let us know if that's planned/in the works. Thanks.

    Still waiting on these since they were reported as non upgradable on Tribble.
