http://www.arcgames.com/en/games/pwi/news/detail/9007543-15%25-charge-bonus-now-live!

I entered two $10 cards yesterday around 8-9pmEST and didn't receive any bonus on my zen. Anyone else have issues or even notice this bonus?

Pre paid cards aren't on the list of qualifying methods on the page you linked to.

Which is why I was asking.
Last time I bought cards during a bonus event I got said bonus.

It's pretty much BS to exclude those that don't want to hand out their credit card or paypal info.

Yet, excluded it is, and they clearly listed that upfront.

Its now 26 Hours.. no repsonse in zen thread or on my ticket.

PWE likes to run separate Bonus Zen events for Charge methods and for Prepaid card methods. Last time you bought cards during a Prepaid zen bonus event. There will undoubtedly be another Prepaid bonus event.

pretty sure bonus zen is only applicable when buying directly from PWE with listed methods. Buying through steam is not a direct purchase.

Actually Steam is listed in the link. Just excludes the higher dollar amounts.
