Fleet Aquarius skin

So, i was trying to change my Aquarius ship skin, and i can't change the skin unless i change the Windows, which only give me the Fleet skin and Type One - Type Four skin, and I have updated the ship to T5-U, and yet, I can't put the Updated skin, or type five or type six skin on
