Orions seem to have an 'if you got it, flaunt it' kind of culture, so I'd expect that it'd be a lot less utilitarian than a Klingon design and more luxurious (for a military ship). Padded seats, banners hanging on the walls, the captain's chair on a raised dais for an 'its good to be king' look, almost bling but within reason. I'd look at how Hassan The Undying decorated his office on Nimbus, or kinda like a D'kora. If anything, probably more creature comforts than even a Starfleet ship.
Gorn, probably pretty utilitarian but slightly more high-tech than the standard Klingon. Big open spaces for the big lizards, big chunky controls for big clawed hands. Given their reptilian nature and that they go light on the clothing, I'd figure very well lit and the temperature kept pretty warm and at whatever humidity is comfortable by Gorn standards. Chairs would probaly be wide and have low backs (if any backs at all) to accommodate the varying size of the species and if they have spikes down their spine or not. Lighting and "Gorn LCARS" displays probably in shades of yellow, since some reptiles see into the infrared so their idea of comfortable lighting is probably at a lower frequency than what we mammals are used to.
Nausicaans not sure. They're rowdy mercenaries and pirates so I'd figure their ship would be similarly 'unprofessional,' but by the same token would probably have defensive emplacements for the captain to put down a potential mutiny or enough room on the bridge for stabbing disobedient underlings, things like that. A mix of rough-and-tumble but with its own kind of professionalism as well. I'm not sure how I'd make a bridge out of that though.
Letheans, NO clue other than dimly lit. We know so little about them.
I honestly think the kdf have all the bridges they are ever gonna get.
To be honest I would much rather they make some more Romulan bridges. One is not enough.

Chaotic look, with cables and stuff all over the ground. Makeshift powercouplings and consoles. Look at "There, I fixed it" pictures on Failblog for inspiration.
Weapons and trophies on the walls. Maybe a cage for special prisoners. Lots of crates for storing loot.
Lethean bridge? An empty room with a bunch of chairs and a neural interface. The bridge is all in their heads.

I think a Gorn bridge should look more fancy and regal, personally, since they have a king back home, a ships captain should be like a governor or regent, even if it's only a superficial role.
That being said, I agree with everything after the fifth word in your description.

From the description I read in the Titan book series I got the feeling that the Gorn bridges were very Cardassian-like.

Also sad, and true.
