Tonight I ran Into the Hive on Elite and our team had multiple instances of the green floor killing team members without actually lighting up green to warn players to get out of the area. In fact, at the end during the boss fight with the queen, our entire team got wiped by an "invisible" green floor that nobody saw light up (the damage report noted that it was the floor that killed us). Has anyone else noticed this recently?
I'm afraid I don't have repro steps for this. The green floor did light up properly about 98% of the time I would guess. I don't know if perhaps the green effects got culled when there were too many other effects on screen but this happened across all 5 of our machines with different hardware and graphics settings.
