Server not Responding after Maintenance!

Will this be normal in future, with Server lags after Maintenance?
The Game is not playable! Better i log off and come next week!

    not to mention EU based players ( or "off-US" ) cant login at all

    Same here.. I can't login! It says "unable to contact account server" or simply just loading but nothing happens! Lately there is too much server issues. I get SNR so often and it kicks me! :(

    same here EU based player, (and all of my friend list and fleet mates) cannot log in.. only US players i have in my list report to be able to log in..


    its 3 hours and nothing has been said or done.

    launcher keeps stalling. cannot enter game at all most times. and IF it says n the character screen server timed out and then cannot connect to account server... and then the loop begins again.

    the connection is fine did test it multiple times with other applications and games. and as friends with other providers have the same problem....

    Glad to know I am not the only one. As a new player I don't understand what is going on? None of the other MMO's I play have disconnects nearly this bad. Is this common?

    "tracert patchserver.crypticstudios.com" is good if its about the account server ? ( i'd imagine the acc_server is on a different address )

    whats the IP to traceroute to? its not the patch which is not working it the account server. and the game

    Been getting some pretty rough lag / rubberbanding the last week or so. Ingame with /netgraph 1 I've seen up to 4k ping-spikes.

    My friend and I both can't access any PWE/Cryptic Game via STEAM now as well since the patch on November 13th.

    When we try to load the launcher via STEAM, it will give us 'Loading. Please wait...' on a black screen and never progress.

    When we attempt to launch the executable GameClient.exe directly in the 'live' folder, we every time get the error message 'Connection to the account server timed out. Press the Support button for additional help.'

    We've tried everything from verifying the game cache to clean uninstalls/reinstalls, and no change.

    Days without being able to play is not cool for those who subscribe. I've waited patiently figuring the issue was being worked on but was lucky to find this post about the problem and how it hasn't been resolved.

    Also I can't find a valid resource to determine the status of any PWE Game Servers to see if that's the issue. However since it's been days, I doubt the servers are down.
