For the Love of the Prophets - Can We Lose the Cut-Scenes in "Borg Disconnected"?

The game play is fun, but the cut-scenes... Oy! It is so annoying to be mid-battle and suddenly pulled away two or three times during the same PVE. Once a PVE is bad enough - like in Mirror Invasion - but more than that? Oh my, no. Please, please, can we lose at least one of the cut-scenes? 
I think the arrival of 8472 to the system could be dropped easily. Seven reports such anyway. Likewise with the Voth city ship arrival, maybe? The only real cut-scene that is needed/could keep would be the 3 species about to rumble.
