Losing Materials in the 'Material Conversion'

Hi guys

i just found the material conversion to gain R&D materials (I'm a returning player so didn't see it before)

However it was working fine, but i have just noticed i am spending LOTS of materials, converting 100 at a time, and not getting any R&D mats at all

Has anyone else experienced this?

i don't know if this is due to the recent sever issues or not, but can some please look into it from Cryptic

    Could be server lag or it could be that you havent noticed them going into the R&D tab instead of your inventory. If they are not in your R&D tab then maybe submit a bug report.
    Still waiting to be able to use forum titles

    They're going into your inventory because the intermediary 'material boxes' do not auto-unpack properly.


    Convert your materials 50 at a time instead of 100 at a time to prevent this from happening.
