Rich dilithium mining claims

I just got disconnected from the server which appears to be having technical difficulties today and i was in the middle of a mining claim and finished at 695 and when i got back into the game my mining claim was gone and i did not get my dilithium and because of of continued server issues i will not be able to get my dilithium and refine it before the reset in 2 hours from now. Being a lifetime subscriber who spends $50+ a month on the game i am not very enthused at this moment.

    SAME HERE. Im a family man and i dont have time to play 24 7 , and i just used 1 hour of trying to complete advanced level bug hunt, finally done, over 10 times of disconnects, IM LEFT WITHOUT MARKS ?! delta marks + bonus on perfect run is over 100 marks + the adv queue reward .

    Im not going to keep playing for long with this ****.. im really pissed, i hope you reward me as im supposed to be and answer my ticket faster than the last one ( 2 weeks, no answer ) and keep me even somehow satsfied to this game, i love the game but if you keep not answering people and bugs and dead hampsters in server housing take my ingame rewards away i see no reason to stuff your pockets with hard earned money.

    could be worse. I got disconnected when clamming my 800 day veteran reward (the ship token that was sent in the mail) and when I got back in it was just gone. I sent in a ticket and did get a response saying:

    "Thank you for contacting us.

    We understand that you have deleted the 800 Day Veteran Reward from your mail. While I would love to be able to grant you your request, we are unable to reimburse or replace items which were accidentally misplaced, deleted, sold, discharged, contributed or donated, bound to the wrong character, or items acquired through mission or reputation rewards.

    I strongly suggest that you check again if you have not placed the item in the Exchange, your banks, your inventory, and overflow bag. Kindly also check all your other characters and check their Exchange, banks, inventory, and overflow bag as well.

    I apologize for any inconvenience that this policy may have caused.

    We appreciate your understanding on this matter. Thank you for your continued patronage of Star Trek Online.

    so I then added to the ticket saying I didn't delete it a disconnect did and got this response:

    In the future, to help us provide the highest quality service to our players, please use the "Report a Bug" button in the Help and Support menu, rather than "Request GM Help", when reporting possible bugs that may not require immediate intervention by a GM.

    I'm a life time subscriber as well and have spent even more money since then on the game but never again will I be spending a dime on a PWI game.
