Reduced File Streaming

So i am starting a new topic on this so perhaps there can be a official answer as to this should be on or off with a system large amounts of ram. Have seen multiple answer but no official answer as to explain exactly which setting is the latter of the two.

My system has over 8 gigs of RAM so i am curious as to which setting would be beneficial to my system to help the game load faster and more efficiently. And the reason I started a new topic on it is the old threads are dead and it explicitly states to start a new topic on the subject if a thread is old before anybody starts jumping on me about using the search function
If they make something idiot proof. They will come out with better idiots

I found the help /description of this option to be confusing.
I believe, that with a good amount of R.A.M., the better option is 'on'. The text says that turning it off with a low amount of R.A.M. could cause crashes, but I was always curious if they meant to say 'on', instead. :)

Reduced file streaming set to "on" sounds to me like more will be loaded into memory, rather than being read off of your disk. :) So, it would perform faster. I have a lot of R.A.M. on my PC and that setting is turned on for me by default (not sure that that matters, but maybe).

    Hope that helps :)
