On 10/30/2014 in my in game Mail box from Star Trek Online that I recived my 800 Veteran Reward, but it still showing that I'm 700 Day Veteran for some reason.

If it's the former, then that is normal. You only get a skill boost at certain levels and 700 day is the last one you get (should be a 5% boost). If it's the latter, you have an issue and should file a bug report in-game.

If you're a Lifer, then it shouldn't be a problem, as the top sub benefit for the boost, are 700 Day Vet.
Right... Think you misunderstand here.
I know there are rewards for 1000 days, I have those too. What I'm telling you is that the 700day reward includes a boost to skill points same as the one from 100, 200, 300 and 400 days. Notice you don't get one for 500 or 600 days. Even if you have subbed for 699 days you'll still show the 400 day boost. Once you cross over to 700 days you get the 5% boost (the 700day boost) and that stays there forever, even when you hit 1000 days.
You said you had subbed for 800 days and gotten the 800 day reward but it still showed you as 700 days. My point is the icon above your shield will remain showing 700 days even when you hit 2000 days. To determine if you have been properly "promoted" you need to check your Achievements and Log (Press L and look at the tabs along the top). You can look for completed ones and the ones still to do.
Hopefully, you have been promoted properly and were just a little confused by the still showing 700 days on your boost thing. If not, I still suggest sending a bug report in-game (click the cog symbol on your mini-map and choose Bug Report from the menu). It gets to the right person more quickly... forums are really only good for advice as devs rarely read every thread.
The 800 day thing you got is the new perk they just added, as mentioned by dllmmo.

That 800 day award was givien to my ALT (Kllingon) for some reason instead of my main charactor (Fed).
Anyways I did send an in game bug a year ago or so, and as far as I know nothing happend, so today I sent a ticket to them, and waiting for a reply back.
The Log-In Server doesn't understand the concept of 'Main' character. (many players consider their KDF character as their 'Main'...) Since the retroactive reward is one to an account, the first time your account logged in (which means the first character you logged in with...) got the Email....
(And since the Box is Account Bound, it really doesn't matter which character got it...)
When you check the log you need to enter something in the field to search for (the 1000 day reward is called Empire Veteran or Starfleet Veteran, for example).
If you look at the Accolades tab (which is what you get for helping on a forum without the game open in front of you :rolleyes: my bad) you can see a drop-down just below the tabs at the top. Select for it to show "completed" and scroll down the list on the left. Under the heading General Accolades are the accolades/achievements you have unlocked (if you've played a while this list will be HUGE). The veteran rewards are listed here. So it is here you will find what has been listed as completed. Warning, they are NOT in order. I have mine showing 400, 600, 800 and then 100 some way down the list.
As stated by Grouchy, sadly very few people knew the new reward would go to the first toon to log in on an account. Luckily it is transferable using account bank.
