So i have a lifetime subscription. Have had one since closed beta began, and have enjoyed the many fruits of it. After PWE took over, i was initially concerned about my account, only to be relieved that i would continue to receive my stipend, which would be converted to 400 zen, rather than 400 C-store credits.
Cut to today, where i find out that i am supposed to receive 500 zen a month, rather than 400. I've been short-changed for lord knows how long, and would like some manner of restitution, but seeing as the support site is...lacking to say the least, i have no other alternative than to post here.
