    You are aware, of course, that Perfect World Entertainment (PWE) is headquartered in Redwood City, CA. While there's a good chance someone there knows how to read what you posted (as they are a subsidiary of the Chinese company Perfect World, and as both Chinese and Japanese are popular languages in the Pacific trade), it doesn't necessarily follow that it's the easiest way to communicate with them.
