Ultra rare vs epic?

So after crafting myself into oblivion Im nearing completion of a new weapons spread.. but looking at the preview from ultra rare to epic, I see absolutely no difference, all numbers identical no new procs or abilities.. (beams AP crtd x3 over) anyone else seen this or otherwise? whats the deal?

    haven't upgraded yet but as far as I know. mk I - mk xiv upgrades will increase power levels (damage) (KP) and Uncommon to epic upgrades will give a new random Modifier.

    When upgrading from Ultra Rare to Epic, a fixed mod Acc/Dmg is added.

    hmm, wish it showed in preview, nice mod though, well after I finish the 6 beams Ill slowly upgrade to epic for sure then, TY

    then 2 360 beams and a ton of other gear.. wonder how many months ROFL

    My Fleet Dual Heavy Disruptor cannons gained a [Dmg/Acc] mod which resulted in about 9additional base DPS and a small ACC boost when they went from UR to Gold. That was better than I expected.
