Borg Command Ship Missing on Red Alerts

Ever since Delta rising's release, I have encountered a number of the "Missing Borg Command Ships" missing from the Red alerts in all sectors. What gives??? It sucks fighting all the way through and getting no command ship to finish the task! THink you need to do a lot more testing before launches since this is an obvious gaffe that should have been fixed prior to the release!

Well I have done a few Red Alerts and have yet to come up with a missing Command Ship/BGer/

Which sectors in particular did you experience this? You need to give the devs something to go on.
