Constant Rubberbanding (lag)

For MONTHS I have always rubberbanded, but ever since yesterday have I started to constantly rubberband. And it's not rubberbanding every 20 minutes, no, it's rubberbanding every 5 seconds. With people 'springing' back across the room. It's the same problem in space as well. I'm so sick and tired of the lag in this game I might quit if I can't fix it.

Is there anyway to fix this?!
