Invisible object in space

Yesterday i flew from kobali to the jenolan sphere, and somewhere in between i came to a sudden stop. It was like an invisible wall at the edge of a sector block. I started turning starboard and at close to 90 degrees i started moving again. I backed away and was able to hit it from a different angle. I tried to find it again later, but couldn't, though i didn't spend much time looking since i was about to fall asleep at the helm. If i can find it tomorrow i'll screenshot the location on the map.

I ran into the same thing a few days ago. Went into Slipstream from Kobali to the Sphere then ran into a invisible wall. I had to drop down to pass by it.

My older brother had the same problem when he got stuck in the middle of the sector space, he went in reverse and then forward and got stuck again. I told him "what if you turn your ship 180 and go in reverse..." It worked. After that he turned his ship to where it was facing and was able to fly normaly
