Available Skills - Drag to the Tray Icons Mismatch

Now tonight I am seeing in the AVAILABLE SKILLS - DRAY THE TRAY are showing the wrong icon in there for the skill name. Odd at best.

    Some skills have faction specific icons, and look different after you drag them into the tray. Things like Tac/Sci/Eng Team, and Fleet Support.
