Reduced the recharge time of all console abilities that had a 3 minute or greater recharge time to 2 minutes.

...the "all console abilities that had a 3 minute or greater recharge timel" is then restricted to specific consoles. This text error either 1) incorrectly excludes some 3-minute consoles from the list or 2) incorrectly states that "Reduced the recharge time of all console abilities that had a 3 minute or greater recharge time." applies to all consoles that meet those criteria. For example, my own testing shows that the Subspace Wake Generator still has a 3 minute cooldown while the Soliton Wave Generator from the same 2-console set has the improved 2 minute cooldown.
I can do further testing once I know whether it really applies to "all console abilities that had a 3 minute or greater recharge time " or if the omissions are intentional despite meeting the criteria listed, but for now some clarification as to whether it should be "all console abilities that had a 3 minute or greater recharge time" or a defined list is needed.
