Skill Respec Broken!

Ok, So i did the free skill respec we got today on one of my characters, and it worked fine, except i screwed up.

So with heavy heart I went to the skill trainer to respec a second time using one of my tokens.... except I cant.
I can't make small tweaks and respec, nor can I clear all the skills and rebuild my skill tree from scratch.
Both methods i hit "accept" and nothing happens other than the skill tree reverts to its previous layout and no token is used...

    It's broken. Exactly like it was in LoR. And once again, Cryptic didn't see it coming.

    On my Romulan I didn't have a free respec token. In fact, I was removed all my respec token (I'm gold, I had several of them).
    Hadn't check on my other character.

    I couldn't respec at ESD but i was able to respec in sector space.

    Please Note: This is about trying to respec AFTER todays forced respec.

    Same thing happened to me. I kept getting disconnected for some reason while trying to do the free respec. Caused me to miss speccing a key skill my build needs to work. So with a heavy heart like yourself I bought a respec token and it of course doesn't work. Making my build unplayable until it's fixed. :(
